UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):
Store Pick Up: We aim to have your order ready the same day, Free (you will be notified when your order is ready for collection)
Worldwide Delivery:
Please note not all items are available for standard shipping. Costs may be higher for larger parcels and furniture orders where we may use an alternative courier, please contact us if you require this service via email or phone.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number by either text or email. Should there be a delay or issue with delivery, please contact store@curateshop.co.uk for help in resolving the problem.
Returns Online
In accordance to your consumer rights, for all goods (including sale items) purchased online if you wish to return your purchase for a full refund* within 14 days of our receiving the item(s), please:
Return the goods in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase.
Send the items within 14 days of receipt to:

Delivery charges will not be refunded
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.
*Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; earrings; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy in Store
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase made in store but appreciate that sometimes we can change our minds. If something is not quite right you have 14 days for an exchange or 6 month credit note.
Credit notes will not be extended passed 6 months.
Please note sale items are fully non-returnable.
